Creamy Potato Salad

Ingredients
- Approx. 6 lbs. RED potatoes–cooked, cooled, and sliced
- 1 C. celery chopped
- 3/4 C. onions, chopped small
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- Dressing:
- 2 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 2/3 C. sweet pickles, chopped finely
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 4 tsp. gr. dry mustard
- 4 tsp. cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 to 3 tsp. salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Mix dressing together
- Add celery and onions to potatoes.
- Add boiled eggs to potatoes.
- Add dressing and mix thoroughly.
